Job Title: Home Exterior Consultant

Job Summary: Enright's Roofing & Siding is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Home Exterior Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in providing solutions and consultations for roofing, siding, windows, and gutter services. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for establishing trust, assessing homeowner needs, providing detailed estimates, and closing sales. A company car will be provided to run appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to evaluate homeowner needs and provide professional advice on roofing, siding, windows, and gutters.
Accurately measure, estimate, and prepare comprehensive proposals for exterior home improvement projects.
Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, services, and industry best practices.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing leads and opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales and installation process, ensuring customer satisfaction and referrals.
Regularly follow up with prospective clients, nurturing relationships and closing sales.
Document customer interactions and sales activity using the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in exterior home improvements (roofing, siding, windows, gutters).
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Ability to accurately measure, estimate, and quote projects.
Basic proficiency with technology and CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or construction is a plus.
